April went by so fast, but we wanted to make sure to share some of what the Lord did this month and ask you to pray for next steps with some of these ministry opportunities! For many years we have used the analogy of a puzzle to explain how we want to see the Body of Christ connect! Recently we produced a short video to model the idea of sharing our pieces of the puzzle in hopes that it would be a resource to our friends and ministry partners as a way to coach others in His Kingdom. This is a free resource that we hope you will all use and share with others. Here is the link to YouTube….
It was a blessing to be able to visit our partners in ministry at Cole Street Coffee in Bushnell Illinois. Kea Runyan attended our Mission Business Forum last year and shared the vision of Checkrow Community Church to begin an outreach coffee house in the town of Bushnell. Kea applied for our first-ever incubator program and received coaching and assistance leading up to their opening and continuing connection. Our good friend Tim Bock was able to connect her and her staff with others who could help them in the process of starting and running a mission business! God is good and it is a blessing to partner in this way. We hope to help more ministries do the same in 2023. Please pray for Cole Street Coffee and all they are doing to be light in that community.
This month a few of us took two days to visit all four of the resale ministry locations that we oversee in partnership with the CrossWord Cafe Youth Center. Helping Hands has developed into stores that help the Church connect with a community. We spent time praying and dreaming about what we might be able to do in the future to help more communities benefit from ministries like Helping Hands. Please pray for us as we set vision and move further in and further up in this Kingdom endeavor!
Tanzania Team of Eight…

This team of eight will be heading to serve our partners in Tanzania in July. Tickets are purchased and the team is currently meeting and raising support for their trip. We love when we have opportunities to send believers from one part of the world to serve their brothers and sisters in another part of the world. We believe it truly is a Small World because we serve a Big God!!!
