Spain Connection…
While in Spain our team of three (Matt, Chris and Brent – all SWC staff) had an amazing opportunity to meet and encourage several church planting ministries and begin production on a few videos to serve our partners there.  The country and the people are beautiful and we are already making plans for a return trip in 2027 to host a disciple making retreat and connect with others doing mission business.  Watch for details about that trip and please pray for our ministry partners in Spain.

Second Mother and Daughter Team…
For us it is amazing to see how God is opening doors for families to serve on mission trips together!  We are excited to ask you to pray for Jennifer and her daughter Kierra as they head to Albania to serve along with our good friend and intern Jordan.  Jordan is especially excited to welcome his mom and sister as they join him for the end of his three months serving with our partners Nathan and Cydil Waggoner in Albania.  You might remember that last month we told you about another mother and daughter team that recently served in the Philippines, so this is becoming a great trend! Please pray for their safe travel, fruitful ministry and their time serving there before they return home with Jordan at the end of May.  God is good!

God Opens Doors at Helping Hands…
For sure we have seen that God opens doors in many ways as we serve in ministry!  Recently He opened the wall and made a door.  We have been blessed to add 2,000 sq. feet of sales floor to our Helping Hands Resale Location in Peoria Heights Illinois.  Our gracious God provided the opportunity to expand our potential for raising funds for charities by allowing us to add the space next to ours at our location on the busiest road in the Peoria area. Sometimes we cannot miss the open doors and it was pretty hard to miss this one when our landlord made us an offer we couldn’t refuse…God is amazing!
